      Compressed air purification system

      The compressed air purification system is composed of pipeline filter, freeze dryer, fine filter, super fine filter, activated carbon oil remover, automatic drain valve, ball valve, etc. This is to screen carbon molecules. Because the compressed air provided by the air compressor usually contains a small amount of oil, water and dust particles, these impurities will reduce the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve, so the compressed air must be removed from oil, water and dust before entering the oxygen nitrogen separation system.

      Air tank system

      The air storage tank system consists of air storage tank, safety valve, stop valve, ball valve, pressure gauge, etc. The function of the air storage tank system is to ensure the stable gas consumption of the oxygen nitrogen separation system. When the oxygen nitrogen separation system is switched over, the instantaneous air flow velocity is prevented from being too fast, which affects the air purification effect, improves the quality of the compressed air entering the adsorber, and is conducive to prolonging the service life of the molecular sieve. At the same time, when the adsorption tower is switched over, it also provides PSA oxygen nitrogen separation unit with a large amount of compressed air required for rapid pressure rise in a short time, so that the pressure in the adsorption tower rises to the working pressure quickly, ensuring the reliable and stable operation of the equipment.

      Oxygen nitrogen separation system

      Oxygen nitrogen separation system consists of adsorption tower, carbon molecular sieve, pneumatic valve, muffler, throttle valve, compression cylinder, pressure gauge, etc. Oxygen nitrogen separation system is the core part of air separation. Its main body is two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve. When clean compressed air enters into an adsorption tower, O2, CO2 and micro H2O are adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen is output from the outlet end to become product nitrogen. When one tower is adsorbing to produce nitrogen, the other tower will discharge the O2, CO2 and H2O adsorbed in the molecular sieve from the micropore by reducing the pressure, so as to realize the regeneration and desorption of the molecular sieve. The two towers alternately adsorb and regenerate, and continuously output nitrogen.。

      Nitrogen buffer system

      The nitrogen buffer system consists of buffer tank, flowmeter, dust filter, pressure regulating valve, throttle valve, safety valve, etc. The main function is to balance the pressure and purity of nitrogen separated from the nitrogen oxygen separation system and ensure the continuous supply of nitrogen. At the same time, during the regeneration to adsorption switching of the adsorption tower, it will recharge part of the stored qualified nitrogen to the protective bed of the adsorption tower, and also help the pressure rise of the adsorption tower.

      Electric control system

      The electrical control system is composed of programmable controller CPU, gas source triplet, solenoid valve, indicator light, nitrogen analyzer, etc. it is mainly installed in the electric control cabinet. The main functions of the electrical control system are equipment start and stop operation, working status indicator, fault audible and visual alarm indication, purity display, driving pneumatic valve according to the set program, remote display and control, etc.
