Air buffer tank is mainly used as buffer of air source

The compressed air system is composed of a screw compressor and an air buffer tank to provide the air source required by the PSA nitrogen plant. The system provides stable output pressure and enough air volume. The air compressor adopts screw type air compressor with reliable operation, simple maintenance, low noise and no foundation operation.

The air buffer tank is mainly used as the buffer of the air source, which plays a role of stability and storage. In addition, it can collect and discharge most of the oil-water condensate entering the compressed air source. The buffer tank is equipped with pressure gauge, safety valve and drain outlet.

The compressed air from the buffer tank first enters the C-level filter for coarse filtration, and then enters the freeze dryer to force the compressed air to cool down, so that the water vapor in the air condenses, and the condensed liquid water entrains dust and oil out of the machine. The cold dryer is placed in the compressor room.
