      In terms of work flow, the nitrogen generator is compressed by air through compressor, and then enters the cold dryer for freeze-drying, so as to meet the dew point requirements of PSA nitrogen generation system for raw air. After that, the oil and water in the raw air will be removed through the filter and enter the air buffer tank to reduce the pressure fluctuation.

      Finally, adjust the pressure to the rated working pressure through the pressure regulating valve and send it to two adsorbers (with carbon molecular sieve inside), where the air is separated to produce nitrogen. The feed air enters one of the adsorbers to produce nitrogen, and the other adsorber to desorb and regenerate under reduced pressure. The two adsorbers work alternately, continuously supplying raw air and continuously producing nitrogen. The nitrogen is sent to the nitrogen buffer tank, and the pressure is adjusted to the rated pressure through the pressure regulating valve; then it is measured by the flowmeter, analyzed and tested by the nitrogen analyzer, and the qualified nitrogen is standby, and the unqualified nitrogen is vented (when the nitrogen generator is just started).
