Process principle:
Under the action of carbon supported catalyst, the residual oxygen in ammonia reacts with the carbon provided by catalyst itself, and the oxygen in nitrogen is removed.
Reaction formula:C+O2=CO2
Scope of application:
Suitable for high purity nitrogen users, especially for magnetic materials, electronic industry and other processes with strict requirements for oxygen and hydrogen.
Nitrogen purity:99.9995%(O2≤5PPm、CO2≤5PPm) Treatment capacity:10~500 Nm3/h
Purity of raw nitrogen:≥99.9% Dew point ≤-60℃~70℃
Outlet pressure of product nitrogen:0 .1~0.6Mpa

1. Good stability, oxygen content can be controlled below 5ppm at any time; < br / > 2. High purity, nitrogen purity in 99.9995% can maintain long-term stability.

DP-JH Hydropurification unit
Process flow chart of hydrodeoxidation unit:
Process principle:
Ordinary nitrogen is used as raw material in hydrodeoxidation unit. High purity nitrogen can be obtained by hydrogenation catalytic deoxidization, cooling, adsorption drying, filtration to remove impurities, water gas and dust in ammonia gas.
Deaeration principle:2H2+O2→2H2O+O↑
Main features:
Advanced technology ------ using the domestic leading high-efficiency deoxidation catalyst. Good activity. No need to heat, activate regeneration.
Automatic control --- Siemens PLC control, automatic switching of work regeneration optional mass flow controller, automatic hydrogenation, ratio control.
Reliable operation ------ using German Baldor pneumatic valve and Japanese RKC temperature controller.
Reasonable design - totally enclosed design, compact structure, beautiful appearance, less floor space.
